Dr. Chad Hill is an accomplished obstetrician and gynecologist who has co-owned and operated the Siloam Springs Women’s Center in Siloam Springs, Arizona, for two decades. Outside of the professional arena, Dr. Chad Hill is an active supporter of youth athletics and served five years as a volunteer coach with the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).

Established in 1888, the AAU currently gives both young people and adults the opportunity to participate in more than 35 different sports programs. It also encourages social responsibility and community involvement through the AAU Cares initiative.

AAU Cares encourages coaches and their teams to partner with various charities to raise funds and commit to various volunteer activities. The purpose of the initiative is to provide essential assistance for local or global populations, and to teach team members critical lessons in regards to personal obligations and life perspectives. Specific organizations that benefit from AAU Cares include Feeding Children Everywhere, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity.
